The Washington Redskins have signed fourth-round draft pick cornerback Justin Tryon. Tryon finished with 103 tackles and four interceptions in 26 games at Arizona State. He also returned 12 kickoffs for a 31-yard average in college. He was the 124th overall pick in April's NFL draft. The Redskins also released safety Patrick Ghee on Friday.
