Tennessee deactivated receiver Justin Gage because of a groin injury and started Brandon Jones in his place Sunday against Houston. The Texans sat out Ahman Green with a knee injury, giving rookie Steve Slaton his first NFL start. Green had been listed as doubtful for the Texans' first game since Sept.
