Two years into Mike Reinfeldt's term as Titans general manager, his drafts have revealed a bit about how he operates and evaluates, though he said the sampling is too small to find and true trends.
Still, his first two classes reveal a bit about how he does things and what he likes. Like his predecessor Floyd Reese, Reinfeldt has shown a willingness to bring in small school players—he's drafted Winston-Salem State defensive end William Hayes in the fourth round—as well as using late picks on defensive end Jacob Ford from Central Arkansas last year and cornerback Cary Williams from Washburn this year.
