Tight end Ben Troupe and wide receiver Antonio Bryant signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday. Troupe played for the Tennessee Titans the past four seasons, starting 29 times. He had 106 receptions for 1,056 yards and seven touchdowns. He was a second-round draft pick by the Titans in 2004.
