A storm featuring heavy rain and strong wind caused a delay of 1 hour, 26 minutes to the start of the St. Louis Rams-Kansas City Chiefs exhibition game Thursday night. The storm hit the stadium about 6:30 EDT, chasing fans under the stadium overhang and sending players and coaches scrambling off the field to the locker rooms.
