J.T. O'Sullivan took another step closer to becoming the San Francisco 49ers starting quarterback. O'Sullivan was selected by coach Mike Nolan on Thursday to start San Francisco's exhibition home opener against the Green Bay Packers on Saturday. O'Sullivan also started the 49ers preseason opener last week at Oakland.
