The Philadelphia Eagles scratched receiver Kevin Curtis from their starting lineup against the 49ers on Sunday, delaying his season debut for another week. Curtis hasn't played after undergoing surgery on a sports hernia during the preseason. The Eagles' leading receiver last season was expected to play in San Francisco, but Hank Baskett took his place in the starting lineup.
