With Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson once again saying he wants to be traded, Eagles president Joe Banner was asked whether his team might have an interest in the Pro Bowl target.
Banner didn't say yes—which would've left the Eagles open to tampering charges since the Bengals have said Johnson isn't for sale—but he didn't say no either.
"We've always said that if there is a player available who can make us a better football team, we will always look into that," Banner said.
While the Eagles have insisted they are happy with their receiving corps, the team did make an offer to Randy Moss before he re-signed with the New England Patriots.
