The Philadelphia Eagles signed punter/kicker Richmond McGee to a three-year contract on Wednesday. McGee handled both punting and kickoff duties during his career at Texas, which concluded in 2005. McGee averaged 39.6 yards on 130 punts, while 36 percent (96-for-265) of his career kickoffs went for touchbacks.
