Al Davis has always had the final say when it comes to what the Raiders do on draft day, and indications are he has reassumed the first say as well.
A year ago, Lane Kiffin was brought in to coach the Raiders at the age of 31, not only because Davis considered him a coaching prodigy but because of his background as recruiting coordinator at USC.
"A lot of these guys, he's been in their living rooms," Davis said at the press conference announcing Kiffin's hiring.
