Ivan Orsen Caesar Jr., a linebacker who played one season for Minnesota Vikings in 1991, was fatally shot in an apartment building after a dispute. He was 41. He was found at the Tuscany Village Apartments early Monday, the Orange County's sheriff's office said. Police are looking for witnesses. Caesar, who was born in the U.S.
