Jaguars receiver Reggie Williams missed practice Wednesday because of a hamstring injury and might not be ready for the season opener. Williams, who sat out much of training camp and part of the preseason after having arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, was expected to be in the starting lineup Sunday at Tennessee.
