The Jacksonville Jaguars waived third-string quarterback Todd Bouman, fifth-round draft pick Trae Williams and 17 others in final roster cuts Saturday. The Jaguars placed defensive back Chad Nkang (hand) and defensive end Jeremy Mincey (wrist) on the physically unable to perform list and placed defensive tackle Jonathan Lewis (knee) on injured reserve.
