Jaguars sign Prioleau, waive Ricard (AP) |

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed free agent safety Pierson Prioleau on Wednesday and waived quarterback Lester Ricard. Prioleau, entering his 10th season, spent the last three years with the Washington Redskins. He played 15 games in 2007, starting four and finishing with 38 tackles. He has 353 tackles, 5 1/2 sacks and one interception in 113 career games with San Francisco, Buffalo and Washington.
