Flooding in Lucas Oil Stadium is expected to add more than $5 million to the cost of the Indianapolis Colts' new home. The Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority unanimously approved an allowance of $5.6 million on Monday to pay for the extra work and repairs caused by flooding.
