Linebacker Kris Griffin, a key player on special teams for Cleveland last season, signed a one-year contract with the Browns on Wednesday. The 6-foot-3, 245-pound Griffin made 14 tackles on special teams last season despite missing the club's final four games with a knee injury. He was a restricted free agent.
