Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry will be released from court-ordered electronic monitoring and house arrest so he can try out for another NFL team. Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Richard Bernat issued the ruling Tuesday, when Henry's attorney Perry Ancona said the player has an offer to try out for a team.
