Cincinnati Bengals starting cornerback Johnathan Joseph was inactive for Sunday's game against the New York Giants because of an ankle injury. Bengals starting strong safety Dexter Jackson missed his second straight game with a thumb injury. David Jones replaced Joseph in the starting lineup and Chinedum Ndukwe started for Jackson for the second straight week.
