The Bengals signed Dave Rayner on Saturday, giving them another kicker with Shayne Graham hampered by a sore groin. Graham didn't practice on Thursday or Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the New York Jets. The Bengals already are missing quarterback Carson Palmer, who will be no better than the backup behind Ryan Fitzpatrick because of a sore passing elbow.
