The Cincinnati Bengals released cornerback Blue Adams on Thursday. Signed as a free agent last year, the fifth-year pro played in 13 games. Adams had seven tackles on defense, 11 special teams tackles and a special teams forced fumble. He also played for Tampa Bay and Jacksonville. The Bengals open training camp Sunday in Georgetown, Ky.
