Chicago Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris will be a game-time decision for Sunday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles because of an injured left knee, coach Lovie Smith said Friday. Harris stayed out of practice this week because of the injury. The knee already bothered Harris before Sunday's 27-24 loss in overtime to Tampa Bay.
