The Philadelphia Eagles held Pro Bowl running back Brian Westbrook out of Sunday's game against Chicago with strained right ankle. The Bears, meanwhile, were without Pro Bowl defensive tackle Tommie Harris (sore left knee), but star kick returner Devin Hester was active after sitting out last week with a rib injury.
