The Carolina Panthers addressed their lack of depth at wide receiver by signing Samie Parker, a day after he was released by the Denver Broncos. The Panthers made room on the 75-man roster Tuesday by waiving rookie receiver Sean Bailey. The 5-foot-11 Parker was Kansas City's fourth-round pick in 2004 and caught 110 passes in four seasons with the Chiefs.
